It looks like they're just using the News module that comes standard with vBa CMPS.

I also have news module but i can;t show thumbnail image in home page and slide pictures as well if anyone knows then plz tell me

You need to use the SEARCH system and see what is out there.

The slide show is a separate module, there are hundreds out there to choose from, look at vbulletin.org and Google for slide show scripts that you can get the code for.

Search this forum properly too as I know there were slide show details in a few posts here.,
