Default Where to find someone to upgrade my vBulletin??

4.0.3 to whatever the latest is. My host is saying they are going to shut me down because the scripts are too old or something.

I no longer have my web guy workin on things since he passed away.

The forum is extremely slow and not very big. I need to find someone to help me with this.

Sorry if this is the wrong forum! PLease message me.
