In the tags, when you have multiple words which are associated to each other you can normally put a cluster of words together and this normally comes up as a single tag in vbulletin itself.
For example, in dynamics, if I put two tags (not three) as: computer, hard drive, a search, when I click on computer, will show all instances of 'computer' whereas 'hard drive' incorrectly shows separately the instances of 'hard' and 'drive', and does not show instances of 'hard drive' together. In vbulletin itself the multiple words in tags work correctly and if my tag was set as 'hard drive', it would only show posts with the two words together. Another example would be if I had 'James Bond'. I don't want to search for 'james' and 'bond' separately, but 'james bond' together as a single tag. Oh, one more thing just for neatness, in vbulletin all the tags separated by commas are automatically changed to lower case and alphabetised, wheras in dynamics they are not. If you write them in upper case they stay in upper case. |

Admin CP => vBa Dynamics => Modify Settings => Add/Edit Entries Options => Separate Tags With Commas
Sounds like you just need to enable that setting.

Hi Brian,
I already have that switched on. Let me try and explain it again. If I make an entry I can add tags. If I add the tags computer, hard drive, I have added two tags. If I then go to the entry and look at the tags it shows me both 'computer' and 'hard drive'. Now if I click on the tag 'hard drive' this is where it goes wrong. Instead of showing me the search results for 'hard drive' it gives me everything for each of the words 'hard' and 'drive' separately. As the words 'hard' and 'drive' separately mean something totally different to 'hard drive' the search results given have very little relevance. What should have happened is that the search results should have given only those entries which show 'hard drive' as consecutive words, and this is what vbulletin does. |

Any updates on when this is going to be fixed, so it works the same as in vBulletin?
