Default upgrade use vbalinks_install.php

Hello

I am trying to do an upgrade of my link directory to 4 x series version, I have uploaded files and overwritten files that were needed.

I go to this url to run the upgrade but can't access the upgrade, I just get a blank screen.

This is my url
http://mysite.com/forum/admincp/vbalinks_install.php

I have run the forumpath.php to double check my directory path which is correct.

When I enter this url it drops the http:// from the url, I am not sure what the problem is any ideas or help would be great.

Regards

Ryan
