This seems to be a universal issue as it's affecting my forum too, and vbulletin say it's a vbadvanced issue.
Is vbadvanced no longer being supported? |

CMPS is still fully supported. The mobile style for vB was added recently, and if you had CMPS installed prior to upgrading to the version of vB which has that style, then it will not have the CMPS templates in it. You will need to run the CMPS installer and have it reinstall the templates

I tried to re-install all the templates as you said through the install script but they don't get installed at mobile style. I found a temporary solution. I created a template at mobile style with name "adv_portal" and as template code i wrote a html re-direct to my forum directory.

Hmm, I just checked out one of my sites, which was a fresh 4.1.11 & CMPS 4.2.0 install and the CMPS templates are missing from the mobile styles on there as well.
Looks like the CMPS installer does not add to the mobile styles. |

I have never seen any announcement that cmps supports the mobile style.

I look for any solution, too. It would work, if it possible to disable the plugin for mobile style.

Having this problem as well, only with 4.2. Another one of my forums still runs the 4.1 version of the cmps and the mobile style isnt affected at all.

I guess it is probably the integration that is causing the problem, since this is the only site I am using the integration.

Definitely the CMPS...just noticed this on my forum as well. Gonna go with the template suggestion above till a fix is implemented.
Dragonsys, do you know if there has been a ticket/support thread created for this yet, so that it could be addressed? Or is it just here in this forum? |

Okay, so heres a step by step.
-AdminCP->Styles and Templates->Style Manager -On dropdown for mobile style(s) in question, click Add New Template -Name: adv_portal -Code: Code:
{vb:stylevar htmldoctype}
<head>
<meta http-equiv="REFRESH" content="0;url=http://mysite.com/forums/forum.php">
</head>

This isn't working for me. The mobile style just spins... the forum page never loads. If I disable the CMPS, it works fine.

Any solution to this? What TeknoSounds posted works if the user goes to the mobile style. If if they simply browse to your homepage where the CMPS is, that solution won't work.
Anyone have any further ideas? Thanks. |

I am having the same problems. It would be nice if either vBulletin or vBadvanced stepped up to resleve this and find a proper solution....
I enabled the default mobile style in vB 4.2 today and set it as default for mobile browsers in AdminCP. I am using vBadvanced for the main page. When using a mobile device to browse to my url (tbmotoring.com) the page shows up blank... If I type in tbmotoring.com/index.php it still shows a blank page. If I type tbmotoring.com/forum.php the mobile style shows up just fine. How can I make it so when users browse to my main page on a mobile device (tbmotoring.com) my vBadvanced CMS home page shows up and when browsing the forums the vB default mobile style is used? |

There is no official fix yet but you can find a temporary solution in this thread Solution for CMPS Blank Page Mobile Style.

CMPS does not officially support Mobile Styles
I corrected this on my site by putting a browser detection script in from of the forums. If a mobile browser you get sent to the forums, if a non-mobile browser you get sent to CMPS. |
