Default 2nd CMPS page, different layout.

I want to make a test page before I make it go live but I want to keep the original 3 column one in place until I am happy.

I understand that I have to edit the adv_portal entering my columns etc in and change/add columns in the ACP on CMPS. Is this possible to do. It seems as if I need to have 2 adv_portals to achieve this.

Possible or not possible?

Cheers for reading.

copy your adv_portal template to adv_portal2 (or whatever)
Set your test page to use this template

I have looked for ages to see where to add that.

Am I missing something simple?

Its not in the main options under Page identifier is it?

It is in your stylemanager (where you edit templates)

add what?
To add the style, you go to the Style Manager and select Add new Template from the drop-down

To add the custom style to your CMPS page you make it a Template page (if not already one) and then add the new template name in the correct field on the page properties.
