Tournaments not recording scores in vB 4.2

I can create tournaments and players can play tournaments, but scores are not saved for games played (attached).

I've added the "required once" code to my index.php (this fixed a scoring problem (I think) with ibPro games).

This is for v3 2.0.3 (4.0) and vB 4.2.

Can anyone help?
