Default Dynamics Navbar Links to Forum Don't Work

Brian,

I just installed the latest vB 4.2 I am not sure if this problem exist before the new version upgrade, but here is the problem.

On the Navbar, when I am on the Dynamic page all links to vB page on the navbar don't work. But they work the other way around, i.e. If I am on any vB page the links take me to Dynamics and 'Links' on the Navbar. From the 'Links' I can get to any other navbar link on the navbar Its only when on the Dynamics that links to the other vB links on the Nav don't work.

I tried to read and search for the solution, but none seem to solve the problem.

Can you kindly suggest something eles.

Thanks
cammot

I find this confusing. I am at a complete loss to fix the dynamics links. Cannot understand the instructions. It would be nice, if there was at least some kind of acknowledgement and guideline to fix this.

We should be releasing a new version within the next few days that will automatically update the links in vB's new tab system.

This is great news. Hopefully it will make things easier with any 4.2x updates. However, who knows what vB5, or whatever they decide to call it, will bring. At least they will be previewing it tomorrow (12th June 2012) at ForumCon.
