Stuck with Paths.

I need someone to explain me with lots of details as possible what this is.
Show pictures and stuff, I'm using 000webhost to test out VB, so I don't know if it's hosting problems or what. I get a "Failed to Open Page" when I'm at /forum/admincp/vbacmps_install.php

Note: If you intend to use this software in the same directory as your vBulletin forum and plan to upload the cmps_index.php file to your vBulletin forum's directory (ex: /forum/cmps_index.php) then you may skip this step.

In your cmps_index.php file:

Open your cmps_index.php file in this folder and find:
$forumpath = '';
Add the full path to your forum on your server between the '' marks here.

That would not have anything to do with an error on the admincp/vbacmps_install.php page though. If you're receiving an error there then it sounds more like some or all of the files for the CMPS were not uploaded to your server properly.
