Hello,
I added an "About Us" page in my CMPS and everything went fine. I went to check the page and found this little blue box on my page that I've never seen before. I do not like it and was hoping someone could tell me how to get rid of it. I think it's probably a setting but am lost as to which one. Please look at my attachment and tell me how to get this box off of my page. Thanks |

looks like you added the module for the About Us to the wrong column
Can you post a screen shot of the settings for you About Us page? |

Huh? I added the module in the center column and that is where it is at. It is actually under that red arrow. The little blue box is at the top left of where the actual module is.

Ok, I see what you are saying now about the center column...
Can you please post a screen shot of your About Me page Settings? |

That is part of it.
What type of page is this one? |

Sorry, I chose a module page and then made a module called about us and stuck it on there. I'm thinking there's an easier way though.

In thinking about it, wouldn't be easier to just do a html code page for pages such as this?

yeah, HTML code would probably be easier, as long as it is static.
Template pages allow you to use VB Conditionals and Variable inside your template to make it more dynamic |

@#&$%(%...I am so confused! I don't want to sound stupid but what do you mean by static? I keep hearing that but don't have a clue!
HTML or template...which one would you use for just information pages like "About Us" etc? They will really just be text/information that really doesn't change. BTW, thanks for your help, I do appreciate it |

I use HTML for all of my static pages, and then I use Templates for my Dynamic (info changes a lot) pages. Since you mention that it will not change very often, then I would go with HTML, IMO On a side note, I'm just curious, but what part of Georgia? I'm located near Atlanta. |

Thank you for your help. For my needs it sounds like the HTML is what makes the most sense.
Just one more question...using an HTML page can I still add the navigation module to it? I am in Jonesboro, just below the airport. Actually, some call it Fayetteville but it is the tiny little corner of Jonesboro on State Hwy 85 on the Clayton/Fayette county line. We used to live up in Acworth near Brian until about 6 years ago when we moved down here. |

then input your HTML code in the edit box on that page. In the section for the module you want on the page make sure that the Custom Module is in the center column. Since it is a CMPS Page, it will show up in the Site Nav settings as a page you can add/exclude I work right next to Buckhead and live a little north in Norcross, both off I85 |

When I was doing airport freight I spent alot of time in Buckhead, Norcross, Suwanee, etc. Actually all over the state!
Thanks again neighbor, you have really helped me today. |
