Problems after upgrade to 4.2.1

Hi,
I upgrade to 4.2.1 and after that, on the admin panel, if I want to edit a page, I am not getting the window with all the tools and I am just getting a window with all the HTML code.

How can I fix that?

The result of the pages are that they are not parsing the images now.

You have to set guests to allow view attachments, otherwise the images will just show up as a link

This is a setting in the ACP -> Usergroups

Sorry, but this is not the issue. I am Admin and the permition is set to yes and I can not see them. I just can see the url of the image.

Well, I rewrite again all the page and the error has gone
