I'm solving in a part.
I create a PHP File Module, then in file to include choose : currentpoll.php. After create, I found a mysql problem in index: Quote:

There's no need to create a new module. Just go to Admin CP => vBa CMPS => Edit Modules => Current Poll and update the settings at the bottom of that page to select a forum to pull your polls from and such.
