Default leaderboard dates are almost all year 1970

In my leaderboard, most of the years are showing up as 1970

Is there a possible fix for this?

I had the same problem.
The new highscoredate field in the v3arcade_games table isn't set in the installationscript as it should. The code is there but it doesn't seems to run properly.

I did a quick and dirty fix myself.
Copy the attached php script (sk_leaderboardfix.php) to the forum root and manually enter the url in your browser to run it. When finished just delete the file again.

Please do a backup first and all that. I take no responsibility at all. All I can say is that it worked for me.

The code in this script is directly copied from the v3 arcade installation. No changes made.
Not sure why it doesn't work in the first place, haven't bother to figure it out.
It might be something wrong with the version check or something since it's only supposed to run if you upgrade from an older version.

This actually came up before in the very early stages of 2.0.0 (including my own site ) but I had thought it was resolved. I'll have to dig through some of the old emails & threads to find the topic again.

If I don't hit this thread again, one of you guys mind bumping this thread in a few days or so?

Hornstar, any chance you had one of the 2.0.0 beta versions installed at some point?

SKHMS is correct in that the problem is the bit of code that checks the 'old' version number versus the new version being installed (around line #68 of the product's XML file) and because of all the different versions that were floating around during the beta stages we may have missed one. Plus between Brian & I going back & forth during development there were some files labeled as "2.0.0" and others were just "2.0" for the version.

Nah the latest was installed when I first tried about a month or so ago.

So do I go with the quick and dirty fix or is there a proper way to fix this?
