Default What is happening to forum support

Hello,

I have had a problem posted here

http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/showthread.php?t=48850

I have been waiting over a month which is very unusual, Brian has always been quick with support.

I have had to disable my link directory after 5 years

I am instructed not to submit a ticket for support unless asked to ?

I dont like to have to post topics like this and have never had a problem with getting support here ? but have no other options

Well, he can pay for the hoster....

the support here is almost death. after BT is gone there is nothing new.

you can be sure, no new widgets are coming or older once will be upgraded.

vBadvanced is History.

I too will miss vBadvanced. I have been using it for a number of years. The forum software business seems to be in flux since the takeover of vBulletin several years ago.

I hope Brian returns and that he is ok.

Default Support? Not

I just bought the links system for my site. I have posted twice for help.
This site had no trouble taking my money. I bought a link system and Thank God I didn't have them install it. It doesn't work. I was taken for $39.95.

I will contact paypal and request my refund. Not one person seems to want to help. As far as I am concerned this site is a dead link. Gone. Vbadvanced should not conduct business in this matter. Monday I will be calling the BBB. This is crap.

If this site bans me then fine. One angry customer. The customer comes last on this site.

DADOCTOR - Sorry I wasn't able to reply to your thread sooner, but things have been quite busy lately and I simply don't have time to provide support like I used to.

Marz - vBa Links will work fine as long as you follow the installation directions in the readme.html file and install things correctly. If you are still having problems the please post a follow-up in the thread you started with the full error your are receiving. Vague posts saying there was a red error doesn't really give anyone much to go on.
