Default Want to remove vbadvanced as homepage & forums as home

Can someone help me with this. I have vbadvanced cmps as my main homepage when you type in my url, I am wanting to remove cmps and have my forums my main page now.

I have the cmps index.php installed in the main root, then to get to the forums you have to click the "forums" folder to access the forums index.php file.

I tried deleting the current cmps index.php file and then moving the index.php from my forums folder into the main root but that didnt work it showed a warning when trying to access the webpage?

uninstall cmps and download a fresh index.php from vbulletin files and put it in your root and it should work
