Exclamation Warning: Invalid argument supplied

I have not made any changes to my site or databse in over a week and today I wake up and go to my site and see this:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /includes/sessions.php on line 271

My http error log says this:

PHP Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './includes/sessions.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home2/camoman/public_html/forum/global.php on line 157

Any idea what could be causing this?!?!

thanks!
