Default Added new message icons, but they don't show on latest topics module

I recently added two new .gif files as post icons. They show up fine in my forums, but on the homepage, in the Latest Posts module, they appear as red Xs.

I checked the img source and it is pointing to the right filename.

Any ideas what I should check?

Thanks.

Make sure you've entered the full URL to each of those images.
