Custom Field visible/edit to specific group only

is there a way to add a custom field and define it only visible to specific groups?

I would like to add a field where the reciprocal URL could be stored, but I only want mods/supermods/admins to see it, edit it, or remove it.

It does not need to be required.

How would I accomplish this?

Currently there's not an option for something like this.
