Pre-download query

Hi,
Before I download the CMPS, I'd like to confirm that it can do what I want:

I'm looking to place some content from my forum on a separate PHP home page. Specifically I want:

- User login box that takes user to the forums
- Poll of the day
- Last ten posts
- Most popular post

Will this work? Note the homepage won't be a vbulletin page as I use another CMS that I will continue to use for content etc.
