Default module not showing after copy

I copied the online user module, and afterwards neither the original or the new module was showing. I have checked the page and default page options; they are checked to show but are not. In making the copy, I just used a new name and changed nothing else.

I have made copies of a few other modules that came with vba with no problems. Any ideas?
