Default Placing order in US from Mac, not working...

I sent an email to "mailer (at) vbadvanced.com", have yet to receive a response. Here is the email that I sent;

I tried placing an order for your fine gallery plug-in but received an error upon finalizing the order from the additional services section. Please contact me for further information and method of payment... below is what was being submitted.
