Default Support Ticket

I am very confused here, and sad to be writing this post as I have been a user of the VB system for several years. I posted a question for help regarding a problem with VB Advanced after installation and got no response. The psot actually is gone now. I then submitted a ticket requesting help, giving all the information asked for. The support ticket was quickly marked closed yet I had not, have not, heard from anyone to give me assistance. When I purchased the license that payment was accepted within seconds I noticed. I am just lost in why the customer support has not stepped up as yet. I know you get many requests and pleas for help and you could keep very busy, but I would expect a little better response than I have recieved to date. I hate to ask for a refund but I may as well be using the free version for all the good the license seems to do me. I realize I sound bitter but how would you feel if you made a purchase of a product and did not get response back when you had trouble with it ? I have turned off the VBAdvanced for now until I can play around and figure it out on my own I guess.
I do hope someone of postion can explain the difficulty in getting support .
