Warnings Errrors Help Please

Ok i have uploaded and edited the cmp_index.php to my path ok and i get these errors when trying to run /admincp/vbacmps_install.php

Warning: main(): Unable to access ./global.php in /backup/home2/broken/public_html/admincp/vbacmps_install.php on line 14

Warning: main(./global.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /backup/home2/broken/public_html/admincp/vbacmps_install.php on line 14

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /backup/home2/broken/public_html/admincp/vbacmps_install.php on line 14

Any help please ? Thanks in Advance
