CMPS index showing blank page to 'Guests'

I've recently upgraded to vb3.0.7. CPMS (ver1.0.0) was working just fine before the upgrade. Now, guests/not logged users see a BLANK page whenever viewing the site.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to reinstall the templates. Just run the cmps installer again and install only templates.

I've already done that. As I've said it shows a blank page to "guests", but not to logged in users. If you view it and you're logged in, it's fine. If you log out, it's a blank.

No clue why that would be happening. If you'd like to submit a support ticket though I'll be glad to take a look.
