Suggest v3.6 sections.

Suggest new forums to be added for 3.6

changes between the 3.5 and 3.6 are unsignificant, so it would be a duplicate forum for no reason...

They are significant enough that many of us are having problems.
Some 3rd party modules do not work.
I just don't want to see 3.6 problems confuse those running 3.5.
