This is awesome! Thank you!
Now when I do this and paste the HTML in there and save, when I look at my site, it has wacked out the top of the site making a HUGE box. lol
Is there somewhere I need to edit the size?

I don't understand what you mean. I looked at your site and it looks fine imo
So can you make a screenshot of it to explain it?

It's bad to use the WYSIWYG-editor for editing HTML code, use the Standard editor (advanced features) instead. You can select it in your options (User CP) or switch to it immediately using the -button.

Also put your HTML code together: every linebreak (enter) becomes a <br /> tag (an empty space).

You can turn off the shell template to get rid of the standard box.

Ok, did as you explained Thank you!
Now, if you go to the site, www.lgpphotographers.com/forum
you'll see the box on the left side but it has dropped my entire left column down. there are no <br /> in the code.
Here is the code

<div align="center">

<tr>

This is because of this thing I said:

You put every <tr> for example on a new line. You need to put all the HTML code of the table after each other. Not very readable, but every linebreak (enter) adds a <br /> tag (have a look at the HTML code you posted and you see one at the end of each line).
