Template abd banner trouble

I am using vb 3.6.1 I add a scrolling banner using a code from the banner links post here. When I add the links they work fine but they rearange my template way outa i.e. I have the Scrolling Banner on the bottom right and the right outside of my template was moved to the bottom left below the footer. Any help.
