Default Link notes phrase

Currently in Edit Link both Keywords and Link Notes say:

Please enter some keywords for your website
(Used for searching), separated by spaces.

Where can I change this for Link Notes? All I can find is the title phrase.

I belive the same phrase was used twice by mistake, so you would need to edit your 'ADV_LINKS_ADD_EDIT' template to remove the phrase and add the text there.
