Navbar error

I'm trying to upgrade to vB4 but am having a problem with Dynamics showing a blank page. This is what I see in the error log:

Code:

Fatal error:  Call to undefined function render_navbar_template()

Edit: Please ignore. I had forgotten to update the link in the config file!
