Default help with jumbled modules

When I add a video template to my main home page it jumbles up the rest of the mods

here is what I did

ACP > vBa CMPS > Add Module > Template > Module Title (Video Vault Or Anything You Like) > Active-Yes > Template Module Options (adv_portal_video) > Style (Choose Which Style Of Your Forum) > Template Content:
<tr>
<td class="alt1">
<!-- Embed Video Code Start -->

Insert YouTube, Google, Or Any Video Site (Embed HTML Code) Here

Note: You Have To Change The Video Player Size As You Like:
type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="175" height="185"></embed></object> (<<< My Video Player Size)

<!-- Embed Video Code End -->

</div>
</div>
</td>
<tr>
<tr class="alt2" valign="middle">
<td valign="middle">

you can see a test of it at www.towman.net

here is a pic of how the mods should show...

I have searched and could not find an answer...

thanks for any help...
