Tournaments not recording scores in vB 4.2

I can create tournaments and players can play tournaments, but scores are not saved for games played (attached).

I've added the "required once" code to my index.php (this fixed a scoring problem (I think) with ibPro games).

This is for v3 2.0.3 (4.0) and vB 4.2.

Can anyone help?

Does that happen for all tournaments?

What type of game format was the game? (ie Mochi, IPB or v3 Arcade game)

IPB. I'm thinking about switching from IPB because I like the way Brian supports his products, plus I've been using CMPS for years.
