Default CMPS Permissions being revoked automatically for certain usergroups?

Hey guys

for some reason the VBA CMPS page has started to revoke the viewing permissions of the portal page and its modules for certain usergroups. It started with a "staff team" module, which for some reason was no longer viewable for (amongst others) the Unregistered / Not Logged In Usergroup. When trying to set all of the permissions for that module to "Yes" and hitting save - it revoked them for say 10 usergroups out of the 50 we have. No matter what I try to turn it on, the same exact usergroups will be set to "No".

I thought it may have been due to the module not registering my changes correctly, so I did the same exact thing, but this time using the "Quick Permissions Editor". I set them all to "Yes" for that module, and this time it not only automatically turned them to "No" for that module; it turned all of the permissions to "No" for the same 10 usergroups that were affected when it first occured. I have also tried upgrading to the most recent version of vBa CMPS; but that didn't fix the issue. It did however get rid of the BB-code template issue that I was having in the past with the same exact module.

My question to you is; what may be causing this? How can I make it so that the permissions no longer are turned to "No" right after I attempts to set them to "Yes"? This wouldn't have been that big of a deal, but considering Unregistered / not logged in users can't view our portal at the moment, it really makes me want to remove the VBA CMPS that I love so much.

I hope that someone has a clue as to what may be causing this, as I don't have a single clue on how to go from here myself. I would appreciate any input!

Thanks in advance

Slay-yer

I can't remember the exact setting, but that is an issue with your host not allowing enough fields to be submitted at once through a form. If you contact your host and tell them you have a problem with data disappearing from form fields when you have about 200+ then they should be able to help you.
