Default vb 4.2, Navigation manager and url navbar

Hi,
After upgrading to vBulletin 4.2 occurs again the famous problem of the url patch of the navbar links (Submenu links). ¿Any solution? http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/atta...6&d=1333405606 I tried to add multiple files but not useless.

Thanks

What exactly is your problem? Do you have doubled links in NavTab?

If yes - you can do 2 things.
1. You can install this mod:
http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=283123

2. or you can disable NavTab for Links directory and restore NavTab with Navigation Manager

Hello,
The problem is that the navbar links are added the url of the directory. Attach image.

I think The option navbar replacements http://www.vbadvanced.com/forum/atta...6&d=1333405606 dont work with vbulletin 4.2 (Navigation manager)

That picture almost makes no sense.

It seems like we'd need to make an update for most of the vBa addons at this time to address the changes in the navigation manager.

Why we don't have a modification from VBA support ???????????????

I'm talking about NabTab problems on VB 4.2.0

It is no vb addon, is vbulletin 4.2. That scares me your answer.

So, installing the nav mod linked above will fix my Links navigation tab issues (and potentially other installations) for vBulletin 4.2?

http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=283123

I recently added a tab for "Links" through the navigation manager. The navigation works fine when at the index page of //links/ and since I added links_index.links_browselinks into the Tab Script(s) box of the navigation manager, the navigation stays on the Links tab and works fine while browsing. But, the tab swaps back to Forum tab/menu when attempting other functions and since they (vB) limits the number of characters you can put into the box at 30, I can't keep adding scripts...per below.
Quote:
Tab Scripts
This can be used to specify a number of scripts that the system will use to check if the Tab should be seleted. The constant THIS_SCRIPT is checked, and if it matches any of the specified script names, the tab will be marked to be displayed as selected. All vBulletin frontend scripts set a THIS_SCRIPT value.
You can specify more than one by joining them with a dot - however, this option is limited to 30 characters maximum, it is not designed for mass usage. If you are writing a product that uses many different scripts, you should set your own constant in them, and use the 'set_navigation_tab' hook to detect this constant and set your selected tab.
When considering the bold red language above, is vBadvanced going to alter their product to fix this navigation issue? Or does the mod linked from vBulletin.org fix this?

We should have a new version released within the next few days that will address the changes vB made to the navbar.
