No 'Admin CP' link in CMPS page footer in v.2.0.0; no navbar linking; & no forum link

Hello.

I just installed CMPS for the 1st time and it seemed like the install went fine (?).

I put the 'cmps_index.php' file outside of my 'forum' subdir. It seemed to load fine. It loaded the forum info.

There were 3 problems overall:

1) No 'Admin CP' link in CMPS page footer in v.2.0.0
NOTE: I didn't make the 'optional' modifications (admincp/index.php nor includes/adminfunctions_template.php), at least not yet. I at least wanted to make sure everything is working properly, first...

2) The links in the navbar leaves out part of the path (/forum)

and

3) 'Forum' is not listed in the navbar.


I've read the other posts, but don't yet quite understand exactly what to do - either that or I didn't find the right posts...

Hello.

This is what I've determined...

For item# 1:
The 'Readme' instructions seemed like that link was going to be placed on the footer automatically. I later found out it is an 'option' that defaults NOT to to replace vbulletin's Admin link unless that option is changed in the CMPS admin CP.

For item#2:
Not sure what made it work. I tried adding the '/forum' to each file listed in the CMPS Admin CP's 'Default Settings => Navbar Replacements' and pressed save. I then added another prefix, '$vboptions[bburl]/' and that didn't work. Then I changed it back to the original (without a path prefix) and clicked save. I refreshed the page and 'voila'. Weird...
