Modified a few other tickers and made my own, also added a countdown timer for upcoming events

Added an amber alert ticker

There are too many scrolling objects on the front page for my taste. Takes away from what you're trying to do.

I forgot I had a ticker running for unregistered users. I deleted that ticker but left the Amber Alert and Information ticker. Do you still think its to much?
