Kind of a stupid question

This is somwhat a stupid question but can someone please explain to me the diffrence between the vbadvance portal thing and the vbadvance home page...they both seem the same to me when i read the discriptions

If you are really good with html and php youll probaly want vBa Homepage, which is a more basic verison of vBa CMPS (Content Management & Portal System)


the CMPS can have moduals and moving the items around on the page are just clicks in the ACP vs moving html around in the Template system
