Image Uber Friendly Front Page News Displaying Template

Anyone know exactly where I need to edit the size of the thumbnail so that it shows a certain size on the CMPS?

If I edit the thumbnail option in the "edit options" panel, it edits the thumbnail in the post, but the size of the thumbnail on the CMPS homepage is still 100x100 no matter what.

Does anyone know how to make this so that on vbadvanced, when clicking the image you get redirected to the thread/article, instead of the attachment?
