Exclamation Making a custom page with loads of options?

Hi

I want to make a custom script that will have links for example:
music.php?genre=hiphop&sid=456
now I know how to make a simple one page php file and include that through admincp cmps through add a page but I couldnt get the functions to work.

Now could admins here please tell me what do I need to put in the files in order to show them within vbcmps. I seen few examples live here one is http://www.vbadvanced.com/membersare...do=usermanuals notice the link membersarea.php?do=usermanuals and same with products. They all show up within cmps. I only want to know what codes needs to be put in for my script to get layout like the ones here.

I would really appreciate anyones kind help.

Shafy

What functions exactly were not working?

Also, please wait at least 24 hours before bumping a post.

Sorry about that.

Ok this what I am asking for:
Lets say that just the way you guys here have your custom script membersarea.php which is not distributed with the default script. I want to make something like that of my own and what I want to know what "codes" do I need to insert in order to make my script show up within cmps (for example: with the header, footer and right blocks). Just like your membersarea.php shows.

Hope that kinda makes it easier to understand.

Thanks

The membersarea.php file here was a custom script written to work with vB, so it may not be the best thing to compare with if your script was not written to work with vB.
To get the header, footer, and etc to show up though all you need to do is add a new PHP File page through the CMPS and add the path to that file for the 'File Path' option.

hmmm....
Is there any other way of calling the header footer etc?
The reason I am asking this is because what if I have a php file that has alot of functions to call like lets say that I make a php page and call the file music.php now I have several functions to call like "index.php?page=music&genre=hiphop&songid=234" would it be possible?

Thanks
