I purchased/ordered the help to install the CMPS. We ran into a few snags, but I've fixed things on my end (as far as I know). The ticket is still open, but I have not heard from my agent in a few weeks. From the number of posts on the forums I can see that he/she has been very busy.
With all the trouble that we had, do I need to purhcase another CMPS Install? Ticket number 2358 vBadvanced CMPS Install 11-05-2005 06:54 AM by jueqel Open |

Jueqel,
I'll bring it to Zachary's attentions (he's the tech' that was working on the ticket). |

Thanks!
I've gone ahead and purchased another installation order. Maybe that will speed this process up a little. It's been too long without a response, and in the process I've neglected my forum users. |

they are pretty good at getting back, just give him a bit of time, the install it's self is very easy.

I bought the Pro Install for CMPS couple days ago. How long should I expect to wait for it to be installed? Days, weeks??? It's still unassigned.
Not worried, Just curious of what to expect.

Pachitalk,
Please accept my apologies... with everything else going on this weekend I completely missed your open ticket. It's about 1:20am local time so I have to get going so if Zachery doesn't do the install tomorrow then I'll make sure I put it on my list. |

Not a problem, just checking to see what kinda time frame it usually takes.
Thank you for the reply! |

Apparently if it doesn't work the first time don't purchase a 2nd Install. It does not speed things up. The last reply from my agent was over a month ago. I purchased this service on October 7 and then again on November 16.
They are either angry with me, or I'm guessing I got lost in the cracks somewhere. With the recent vBulletin upgrade to 3.5.1, I can see where they would get busy as of late. However, December is just around the corner, and two months is stretching my patients for what is supposed to be very easy install. |

I imagine things are going on with Thanksgiving and all. Hopefully after the weekend mine will be assigned.
Have a happy thanksgiving all! |

I hope things come around soon. It's ready to hit the 2 month mark. I purhcased this service twice, and still I get nothing.
Did I tick-off Zachary? Can someone else handle it? Last edited by jueqel; 12-03-2005 at 09:34 AM. |

Ron,
I am very sorry for the troubles. I have just completed the install for you and processed a refund for the installation service as well. |
