Images include use of smilies, the vB code [img] tag and HTML <img> tags. The use of these is all subject to them being enabled by the administrator.

I have looked all over and can't find where you fix this. I have like 8 images on this post and it will not let me post it how do I set it to take more

You'd need to ask at vbulletin.com since this doesn't have anything to do with the CMPS.
