Default html and bb code

I'd really like to be able to use html in the description. I've searched the forums and found references to an option by which you can enable html and/or bb code for custom fields, but can't locate this setting in my cp. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

I'm setting this up to use for downloads, and it would be nice if I could use html either in the description or preferably in a custom field. I'll try bumping this once to see if anyone knows if this is possible.

You would need to hack the files to allow HTML in the descriptions. For custom fields though, just edit the directory through your admin cp and there is an option to allow HTML in custom fields on that page.
