Default Newbie needs help

I am very new to all of this and I downloaded vBadvanced CPMS and want to install it, but I'm stuck on the first step

For the life of me, I can't find

define('VB_AREA', 'Forum');

in the forum/global.php file. Can anyone help me locate it?

global.php is a default vBulletin file. Assuming you have vBulletin installed on your server, download the file from there and then make the changes. If you do not have vBulletin, the CMPS will not work.

yes, that is the file I was looking in, but I am not seeing that part. I can clearly see what I am supposed to alter in steps 2 and 3, but am missing it for step 1

OK, nevermind - I tried doing this from the netadmin for my webhost, but for some reason the beginning of the file does not show their, I just opened it up from my local computer and see that it is right there on top. Thanks
