Welcome Block (small permissions issue)

My board has (as many ohter boards) an admin only forum...

The other day something was posted in this forum and the welcome block showed "New posts: 1" Nothing special if it wasn't for the fact that regular members also got this message!
When clicked upon (as a member) the link leads to the vBulletin message page: "Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms." Admins are redirected to the actual post/thread.

Like I posted in the title this is just a small issue...

It could be changed to use forum permissions in that query, but would probably create more of a strain on the server than it would be worth.
