YOU NEED to install it through

admincp/advbacmps_install.php

I had the same problem, ran that script, and it was fixed!

when I do a clean install of vb3.5.3 & vba cmps 2.1.0 my web browser crashes, not sure why its doing it. I've had similar issue with vba gallery and vba links directory, I don't get issue or crash with vb3.5.2 .. I'm half temped to reinstall my apache etc ..

currently I'm running php 4.4.2, mysql 4.1.16, and apache 2.0.55 ..
