Category with Links below on main page
How do I get top level categories with the links below them all on the main links page. I don't want our users to have to click down through any other categories. We want the top level category descriptions and links to all be on the same page. I've browsed the mod/hack forum and the how to forum on how to make this layout change but haven't found anything.
