I finally got my forum finished and tried to upload vbad & its all gone bad!! In need of major help!!

What do I do now??

It seems that the index page to the forum isn't there anymore. Have you tried re-uploading it into your forum directory?

OK, I transfered the index file from my vB/admin_cp to the admin_cp folder on my server...still not working??

In your vB folder, on your computer. Get the index.php file in your forum directory, and upload it to your forum directory on your site.

I have done this a few times....I belive?? I must be doing this wrong...
