Default Removing "top poster" from stats and adding "rep"...

We are trying to remove post counts from our forum and want to forus on the rep system. ON the main page it shows the top poster as me, I would like to removed that and show the person with the highest rep. Or even better show the top 5-10 people with the highest rep!

Any suggestions on how to get this done?
