How do I get the "background" for Forum Threads?

Hello, and thank you for trying to help me. If you look at my forum, first go to:

www.goingnova.com

Once there, use the FORUMS HOME link. You will see I have title of each forum has a blue with white line graph background. Look for the Support forum, and scroll to the bottom. You will then see "All Things Jedi". Ok, and don't laugh, well, you can laugh, as long as you help , I had someone design this, but I can not get in touch with him. Does anyone have any idea how I can get my NEW FORUM TITLES, ie, "All Things Jedi" to have that same background? I have been looking all over to try and find how I might do this, but I just can't figure it out.
