Default Have a different nav on the CMPS than the forum

Hey,
I would like to have a different nav on the CMPS than the forum, can anyone tell me how I could do it?
An example is www.vbstyles.com

here not such a professional way
copy the code from the vb $navbar template
go to your adv_portal template...replace $navbar with the copied code...and edit away!
