Default Changing the order of module in my ADMINCP

How do I do this. Right now I have the following modules listed in this order in my ADMINCP:
vBulletin Options
GAB Manager
vBa Links
vBa Gallery
vBa CMPS
ect

I want to put vBa CMPS right under vBulletin Options. Can someone tell me how to do this?

Which cpnav file do I edit? I thought it was the cpnav_vbulletin.xml file but that does not seem to be it.
